The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Ts & Cs as stated herein and implied.

All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars only, we do not accept payments in other 
currencies. Love and Rascals reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal, payment via bank deposit (NZ based customers only) and store issued gift cards.

Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of NZ may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer's, responsibility.

Please note that promotions and sales are not valid together. Only one promotion can be used in a single order. Gift vouchers are excluded from offers.
Discounts shown online apply only to full price products.
Reductions are already reflected on prices listed on the website.
Items bought during a sale period/at a discounted price cannot be returned and exchanged.

We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
