EXCHANGES + RETURNS
We hope you love your product from Love and Rascals so you can tell all your family and friends about our new store. But on the rare occasion you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase please contact Loveandrascals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your goods and we will happily exchange it for you.
Goods must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition (incl. original packaging) and must be in a re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if upon inspection, they are returned scratched, dismantled or partially put together.
We must receive the item within 5 working days of receipt of your email notifying us that you wish to exchange it.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by you. We recommend that you use registered post - Love and Rascals does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your application for an exchange.
Our return and exchange policy excludes sale items.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We check all our products before they are sent out for delivery and do our best to protect your items. However sometimes accidents happen, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours showing us one photo of the damaged or faulty product along with your invoice number and we will get a replacement sent to you. If we are out of stock of your purchased product we will offer you store credit or a refund.
Refunds do not apply to the original cost of postage, packaging and gift-wrapping. We aim to refund your order within one week.
Items returned as faulty or damaged in delivery will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty.
